Throughout her career, Tracey has worn many hats - from import operator to Freight Manager, and finally, the driving force behind Global Forwarding since 1998. Her expertise in handling a diverse range of freight – including machinery, classic cars, 20/40ft containers, and everyday commercial goods – is matched by her commitment to personalised customer service (something the big multinationals cannot offer).
Holding a David Foreman Certificate in Management and a Diploma in Hotel/Motel Office Front Management, Tracey brings a unique blend of formal training and practical experience. This combination enables her to navigate the complexities of international freight with a personal touch, ensuring that each client's needs are met with care and precision. No matter your understanding of freight forwarding - Tracey is able to help clients with any level of requirement. From new exporters through to long-established importer / distributors.
